Shipping Policy

Each figurine is made to order, from design to production. Therefore, the entire process requires a bit more time than a standard order from stock.

What does it look like step by step?

1. You place an order and send a photo
Immediately after placing your order, we’ll ask you to send us a photo (or several) that we’ll use to create your figurine. This can be a selfie, a portrait, or simply a photo that clearly shows your face and any distinctive features (e.g., glasses, beard, hairstyle, clothing style, etc.).

The better and clearer the photo, the better the final result!

2. We design your figurine
The design team analyzes the photo and selects the appropriate elements—from skin tone and hairstyle to clothing and accessories. This is a handmade, individual process, so it takes a bit longer than finished products. For unusual requests (e.g., a pet, guitar, or fantasy character), we fine-tune the details by hand.

This is not an automatic — each figurine is created with attention to detail!

3. We send the project for production
Once the details are approved, the figurine is sent to our partner workshop, where it is assembled from custom-made components. Everything is made to order, especially for you — we don’t have ready-made pieces in stock, as each figurine is unique.

It’s like a block version of a portrait — only 3D!

4. We pack and ship
Once the figurine is ready, we package it securely and send it off for shipping. The package leaves directly from our workshop, so delivery times may vary depending on the country. We’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your mini-me’s journey.

We ship worldwide — and if you don’t see your country at checkout, please write to us!

5. You are happy with your figurine!
When your package arrives, you can enjoy a truly unique figurine — created exactly to your order. Perfect as a gift, desk decoration, or a brick version of yourself on your shelf!

How long does it take?

The entire process — from order to delivery — usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on current order volume.
Due to the high popularity of our figurines on social media, processing times may be slightly longer — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated via email every step of the way.

Where do we ship?

Everywhere! We ship our blocky wonders to every country where our logistics partners operate. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on location.

• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Failure to collect the shipment or incorrect address

If the shipment:

• is not collected by the Customer within the specified time,

• is returned to the sender,

• is lost or destroyed by the carrier,

• is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer,

the order is deemed to have been completed due to the Customer’s fault.

In such cases:

• Order costs are non-refundable

• The store is not responsible for unclaimed or lost parcels

• It is possible to re-execute the order on preferential terms — agreed individually

Delivery time and tracking

The entire process typically takes 1–4 weeks from the time the order is placed. This depends on the number of revisions and the number of orders.
